Easy Cake
Easy Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add 1/2 cup shortening and 2/3 cup milk.
Mix at medium speed until everything is mixed and then add 2/3 cup milk. Add eggs and vanilla and mix for 3 minutes.
Pour into two greased and floured 9-inch round baking pans at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
