Easy, Busy Day Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. whipped potatoes, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, diced, 1 can creamed corn and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook ground beef and onion in frying pan; drain.
Add soup, corn, salt and pepper.
Stir and cook until well mixed.
