Easy Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 5 slices bread, cut into 1-inch cubes, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tsp. dry onion flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs and milk, then add salt and onion flakes.
Spread bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Pour egg mixture over all items in the pan.
Cover pan with foil and either refrigerate overnight or bake now.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes or until eggs are completely cooked.
Cut into squares to serve 6 to 8.
