Melt shortening and add milk.
Dissolve and work in about enough flour to stiffness of biscuit dough.
Let rise 2 hours (double in size).
Flour board, pat down dough, work in a little flour, cut or make into rolls and turn over in greased pan.
Let rise about 1 hour more.
Bake at 350Β° until light brown.
