Easy Blender Chocolate Mousse
Easy Blender Chocolate Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, 5 tbsp. hot coffee (can be instant), 4 egg yolks, 1 tsp. vanilla and 5 egg whites, beaten stiff, but not dry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place the chocolate bits in blender and pour the very hot coffee over the bits. Cover blender and run on high speed for 10 seconds (or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth).
Add egg yolks and vanilla. Cover again and blend on high speed for 5 seconds more.
