Easy Beer Stew
Easy Beer Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. stewing beef, cubed, 3 to 4 onions, quartered, 1 large can (19 oz.) tomato soup, 1 can beer and 1 tbsp. kitchen bouquet gravy browner, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Arrange beef cubes and onions in a large Dutch oven.
Add pepper, soup, beer and gravy browner.
Mix gently and cover tightly.
Bake 2 hours.
Remove from oven.
Add potatoes, carrots and garlic powder.
Cover and return to oven for 1 hour or until vegetables are cooked.
On top of stove add peas and cook until done.
Serves 6 to 8.
