Easy Beef Stroganoff
Easy Beef Stroganoff is an easy dinner. Made with nice round steak, cream mushroom soup, 1 large onion (optional), 1 to 2 c. sour cream and large fat noodles, cooked according to bag directions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Slice round steak thinly and at an angle.
You want 2 to 3-inch strips.
Brown strips in Dutch oven or roaster.
If you choose onions, brown them at the same time.
Cover with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup.
Cover roaster and roast in oven at 350Β° for 2 to 3 hours or whatever.
If you choose whatever, check after 3 hours; add water if needed.
