Easy Beef Stroganoff
Easy Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef top round steak (3/4-inch thick), 2 tbsp. butter, divided, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In skillet, cook 1/2 of the beef, onions and mushrooms (until beef is no longer pink).
Set aside.
Repeat with other 1/2 of the beef, onions and mushrooms.
Return mixture to skillet.
Stir in soup and heat through, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Serve over cooked noodles.
