Easy Baked Chicken Kiev is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts (4 lb.), 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken breasts, one at a time, between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
With flat side of mallet, gently pound breasts until each is about 1/4 inch thick; set aside.
In a rimmed plate or pie pan, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of oregano, garlic salt and pepper; set aside.
