Easy Apple Pie
Easy Apple Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 cooking apples, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 2/3 c. sugar, dash of cinnamon and 5 to 6 slices loaf bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Peel and slice apples into 9 x 11-inch baking dish which has been greased.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top of apples to taste.
Melt butter into small saucepan.
Add sugar.
Remove from heat.
Cut slices of bread into 4 long rectangles.
Cover the apples with bread pieces.
Pour on sugar/butter mixture.
Bake in 350Β° oven until brown on top (20 to 25 minutes).
