Easy Amaretto Cake
Easy Amaretto Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped almonds, toasted and divided, 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding), 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sprinkle 1 cup almonds into bottom of a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan; set aside.
Combine next 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat at low speed until dry ingredients are moistened.
Increase speed to medium; beat 4 minutes.
Stir in remaining 1/2 cup almonds.
Pour batter into tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool cake in pan 10 to 15 minutes; remove and cool completely.
