Easter Eggs
Easter Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes (any flavor) cooked type pudding, 1/2 c. milk, 1 stick margarine, 2 lb. powdered sugar and 1 pkg. real chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix together pudding, milk and margarine in a saucepan.
Cook until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil one minute.
Stir constantly. (If you want peanut butter filling, add 1/2 cup peanut butter at this point and use vanilla pudding.) Stir in powdered sugar until the consistency of Play Dough.
Shape into eggs.
Place on a cookie sheet and put a toothpick in the center of each one. Freeze at least 2 hours (overnight works best).
