Earthquake Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with coconut (enough to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan), 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 lb. powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cover bottom of pan with coconut.
Cover with nuts (do not stir).
Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over nuts (do not stir).
Combine butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Stir until smooth.
Spoon over cake (do not stir).
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
