Earthquake Dessert
Earthquake Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with coconut (enough to cover bottom of pan), 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick oleo, softened and 1 lb. box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease 9 x 13 x 3-inch pan (if you use 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, this will run over in your oven).
Cover bottom of pan with coconut.
Sprinkle nuts over coconut.
Mix cake mix as directed on package.
Pour over nuts.
Mix cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar.
Spoon over cake mix; do not try to spread.
Bake cake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
