Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1 box cake mix (your choice), 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese and 2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Grease and flour an 8 x 14-inch pan.
Spread coconut and nuts on bottom.
Melt oleo and cream cheese, 45 minutes in microwave. Beat until smooth.
Add powdered sugar; set aside.
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
Pour oleo mixture over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes in a large baking pan.
