Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. nuts, chopped, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix nuts and coconut and press in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Mix cake as directed on package and pour over nut mixture.
Combine cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar and drop on top of cake. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
