Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped walnuts, 2 c. coconut, 1 box chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1 box xxx sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Lay walnuts and coconut in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured baking dish.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
Mix cream cheese and 1 stick of butter with sugar.
Spoon on cake and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
