Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. nuts, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick butter, softened and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Put coconut and nuts in pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour over first layer.
Mix remaining ingredients and drop by teaspoons over cake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
