Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 c. coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 stick oleo, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Spray heavy 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Spread coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Beat until fluffy and smooth the cream cheese and oleo.
Add powdered sugar.
Pour over cake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
While hot, turn out on cookie sheet. Rich and delicious.
