Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german or swiss cake mix, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. pecan pieces, 1 lb. powdered sugar and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix cake mix as directed.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Spread coconut in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle pecan pieces over coconut.
Pour cake batter over this.
Mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese together and plop tablespoon of mixture on cake batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Place foil under cake as it may boil over.
