Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine and 1 lb. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
Prepare cake mix according to package and pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix margarine, cream cheese and sugar. Spread on top of batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Let stand to firm up.
