Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix (prepared according to directions), 1/2 c. margarine and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Crush Oreos in food processor.
Cream together butter, sugar and cream cheese.
In separate bowl, mix together milk, pudding and whipped topping.
Combine the two mixtures.
Alternate layers of mixture and cookie crumbs in clean flowerpot, starting and ending with cookie crumbs.
Chill or freeze.
