Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 1 to 2 c. chopped nuts, 1 small bag coconut, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam.
Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan, then add coconut.
Pour cake batter over nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese (room temperature), powdered sugar and melted margarine together.
Spoon mixture over top of cake batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Delicious warm or cold.
