Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can coconut, 1 (2-layer) swiss chocolate cake mix, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1/2 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Spread coconut in bottom of well-greased 15 x 11 x 2-inch pan. Spread pecans over coconut.
Prepare cake mix as directed; pour over top of coconut and nuts.
Mix softened oleo, cream cheese and sugar.
Drop by spoonfuls on cake; do not stir.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
