Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line with the coconut. Sprinkle the pecans over the coconut.
Mix cake mix as directed. Spread over the pecans and coconut. Mix the cream cheese with the oleo and powdered sugar.
Mix well. Spoon mixture on top of cake mix. Bake at 350Β° for approximately 55 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
