Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 stick margarine and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Spread pecans on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Layer coconut on top of nuts.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour over coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together over low heat.
Pour in confectioners sugar and stir until smooth.
Pour over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
