Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 bag coconut, 1 c. pecans, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick butter and 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease 10 x 13-inch pan.
Spread coconut on bottom.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Mix 1 German chocolate cake mix (regular way) and spread over nuts.
Melt 1 stick of butter; add 8 ounces cream cheese; beat in box of powdered sugar.
Drizzle this mixture over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip.
