Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick butter and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sprinkle pecans and coconut in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix and pour cake mix over pecans and coconut.
Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar well.
Dab over top of cake. Bake about 40 minutes at 350Β°.
This looks like an earthquake but very good.
