Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts (i use pecans), 1 box chocolate cake mix (swiss, german chocolate or double dutch), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix together coconut and chopped nuts; press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the cake mix as directed and pour over coconut and nut mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and drop on top of cake using a teaspoon. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cake should look like an earthquake goes right through the middle when done.
