Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 stick oleo, 1 german chocolate cake mix and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put a layer of coconut and pecans in pan.
Prepare cake mix as per directions.
Pour over coconut, pecan layer.
Mix softened oleo and cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; spread over batter.
(I drop by spoonful.)
Bake at 300Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
