Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. coconut, 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 box powdered sugar and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix coconut and pecans together; spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions; pour over first layer.
Mix melted butter with powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Mix on low speed with mixer; spread on top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes.
