Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 stick oleo, melted and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put coconut in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Mix cake according to directions.
Spread on top of nuts.
Mix oleo (melted), cream cheese and powdered sugar well; dab on top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
