Earthquake Cake

Mix coconut and pecans and press into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour over coconut and pecan mixture.
Melt butter and cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar.

Do not overcook.
