Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (don't use light; it will burn) and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease bottom of 11 x 9 cake pan.
Mix pecans and coconut and spread on bottom of pan.
Prepare mix as directed on box and pour over pecan and coconut mixture.
Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over batter.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350Β°.
