Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. nuts, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix nuts and coconut together; spread in greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex.
Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box and pour over nut mixture.
Cream the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together; pour over cake mix batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
When cake cools, it will crack up like an earthquake.
