Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 small can coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine or butter and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Spread pecans and coconut on bottom of pan.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions; pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix melted margarine, softened cream cheese and sugar together; pour over cake batter.
Bake for 1 hour, or until cake is brown.
