Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 box powdered sugar and 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sprinkle nuts and coconut into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed.
Pour in pan over nuts and coconut.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and margarine or butter.
Pour on top of batter.
Cook at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
