Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 oz. can coconut, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Mix coconut and pecans; spread on bottom of pan.
Mix cake according to directions on box; pour mix over the coconut and pecans.
Mix cream cheese, melted butter and sugar; spoon on top of cake mix.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
