Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 stick oleo and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spray an oblong pan with Pam.
Spreads nuts on bottom of pan. Place coconut on nuts.
Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour over nuts and coconut.
Melt margarine and blend with softened cream cheese.
Pour over top of cake.
Take a knife and swirl mixture into cake.
Mixture will be lumpy.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
