Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1/2 c. coconut, 1/2 c. nuts, 1 box powdered sugar and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
In double boiler, put cream cheese and margarine; melt.
Then add 1 box powdered sugar.
Pour cake mix over coconut and nuts.
Then pour cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar on top.
Bake according to directions on cake mix box.
Very good and easy.
