Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese, very soft, 1 c. nuts (pecans), 1 c. coconut and 2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place nuts and coconut in chopper and chop fine.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Spread pecans and coconut in pan and press. Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Pour over pecan mixture.
Mix cream cheese, oleo and sugar until very smooth and pours easily.
Pour over cake; spread evenly.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool in pan.
It will crack open.
Serve in squares with ice cream or Cool Whip, even plain.
