Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. coconut, 1 1/2 c. pecans, 1 german chocolate cake mix (with pudding and ingredients), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix coconut and pecans. Spread on bottom of greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Spread over pecans and coconut.
Mix together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.
Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
