Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. coconut and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put pecans and coconut in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Pour German chocolate cake mix on top of nuts and coconut.
Mix oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Pour on top of cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 60 minutes.
Cake will crack on top. Excellent.
