Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1 1/2 c. coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1/2 c. margarine and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare pans.
Spread nuts and coconut in pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
