Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. ground coconut, 1 box swiss chocolate or german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread nuts and coconut in the bottom of the pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour cake mix over the nuts and coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together in microwave.
Add powdered 4x sugar.
Spread over the cake mixture and cook all at 350Β° for 25 to 35 minutes.
