Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with coconut, nuts, german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover bottom of pan with a thick layer of coconut and a layer of nuts.
Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
Spread cake mix over layers in pan.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, oleo and sugar. Spread on top of cake in 6 to 8 places before baking.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour, 325° for glass pan.
