Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pecans, 2 c. coconut, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 stick margarine and 1 box confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Butter and flour bottom and sides of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread pecans on bottom and coconut on top of pecans.
Mix cake mix in bowl as directed and pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla.
Pour over batter and swirl. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
Leave in pan, then pig out!!!
