Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 box powdered sugar and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cake as directed on box.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover bottom of pan with coconut and nuts.
Pour cake mixture on top.
Mix margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Spoon in globs on top of cake mix.
Bake at 325Β° about 40 minutes.
