Grease bottom only of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line bottom with the nuts and coconut.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spoon over cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
