Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick oleo and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
Spread coconut on bottom and spread pecans on top of coconut.
Mix cake mix in bowl according to directions on box.
Pour over coconut and pecan mixture.
Combine oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Spoon on top of batter.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°. Let cool for 15 minutes and turn upside down on plate.
Cake may crack in the middle.
